Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Salt Lake City & Davis County, Utah
Position Type: In-Person Visits
We are looking for a dedicated and driven board-certified behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and work closely with families to create lasting progress.
What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to support skill development and behavior modification
Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs and caregivers
Monitor client progress, adjust intervention plans as needed, and ensure ethical, effective treatment
What We’re Looking For
BCBA Certification (Required) – Must be certified and in good standing
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans
Strong communication & interpersonal skills – Ability to connect with clients, families, and team member
Independent & Self-Motivated – Ability to manage caseloads while maintaining high-quality care
